1) How to place an order online?

Please select the intended product and add it to the shopping cart. You may (1)continue to shop for another product or (2)click checkout to proceed to the payment page. You will be required to complete the form and select your preferred payment method.

2) How do I know that my order has been received?

You will a confirmation email with an Order Number from us. If you have not hear from us within two working hours, please call us at (603)58917064/ 012-250 7333 or e-mail us at info@jasmineflorist.com.my. For urgent order, please call for an immediate confirmation.

3) Why is your flowers more affordable than other?

There are four (4) reasons why our flowers are more affordable than others. Firstly, our overhead cost is low as our business model is not based on a physical shop or store. Secondly, we do not invest on any mass marketing or advertising (billboards, bus stop ads, newspapers). Thirdly, we do not waste money in printing brochures and product catalogue as you can get all the information you need from our 24-7, frequently updated website. Last but not least, all the money we save will be used to reduce the cost of your purchase as we believe that the act of giving should not come at a high price.

4) Why does jasmineflorist.com.my bill in USD for Credit Card?

Our website publishes two prices in RM and USD. The RM is used for easy comparison tailored made for Malaysian customers to facilitate their purchasing decision making process. USD is used for billing purposes because it is the reference point in terms of International foreign exchange rate conversion. RM is not used because RM is not a valid currency outside Malaysia and international remittance is not possible in RM.

5.) What other services do you offer?

Well, for now we deliver flowers to your special someone, friends, your business customer. We will try our best to accommodate your special and specific request, please do not be afraid to tell us what you have in mind. Your special request will will be kept private and confidential.

6) How do I make payment for the flowers that I have ordered?

We accept Visa/MasterCard credit card , Maybank2U and Public Bank eBanking. Please refer to our Payment Page for further information.

7) Is your “secured online payment” really secured?

We are using iPay88 & PayPal as our online payment merchant, the former being a well-known payment gateway provider in Malaysia. For the latter, some of the world's leading e-commerce site like eBay is using PayPal's payment gateway.
