There will be a minimum delivery charges of RM35.00 for all delivery to areas outside the free delivery zones. The minimum delivery charges of RM35 will be waived for orders exceeding RM250 and above.

Any cancellation of order after confirmation will be subjected to a surcharge of 50% of the confirmed order. |
| 3. |
There will be a minimum charges of RM15.00 per destination for any re-direct or re-sent of product within the free delivery zones. |

Delivery Schedule |

Any order received before 12pm from Monday to Saturday, the delivery will be made on the same working day.
|
| 2. |
Any order received after 12pm from Monday to Saturday, it will depend on our operation availability. We will try to arrange for same day delivery, but if it is a busy day, the delivery will be made on the following day. |

Please order two(2) days in advance for delivery on Sunday and delivery outside Klang Valley (please use our Order Form for worldwide delivery). |

The time and date of the funeral (when the deceased will be taken out for burial) MUST be stated clearly in your order and the flower are delivered only after the funeral. We are not responsible to make any refund or accept any cancellation order. |

Sunday and National Public Holidays |
|
Special arrangement have to be made to accommodate orders for delivery on Sunday and Public Holidays. As such, orders must be made two(2) days in advance. In the event that such special arrangements are not possible, the delivery will have to be made the day before or the day after the requested date. |

Festival Season |
|
|
Please order at least two(2) days in advance to guarantee the availability of stock for peak festive seasons delivery like Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Hari Raya, Christmas and Chinese New Year. There will be a price increase for roses seven (7) days before Valentine's Day(8 Feb to 14 Feb). Roses deliveries during this period will be based on the new price, regardless of order placed before the price change. |
